This study looks at whether drinking instant coffee every day for 6 weeks can reduce liver fat and improve gut health in people who have finished treatment for stage I-III colorectal cancer. About 80 adults who completed surgery, chemo, or radiation at least 2 months ago will participate. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat and the gut microbiome.
