This study tested whether a church-based educational program could increase colorectal cancer knowledge and willingness to join cancer clinical trials among 60 Spanish-speaking Latino adults. Participants watched videos and completed surveys over a month. The goal was to identify barriers and find better ways to include Latinos in future cancer research.
