Summary

This study tested whether drinking Montmorency cherry juice can improve sleep and lower inflammation in adults with sleep problems and a higher body mass index. 34 participants took part and researchers measured sleep time, sleep quality, and inflammatory markers in the blood. The goal was to see if a simple dietary supplement could help ease symptoms of chronic insomnia and inflammation.
