Summary
This study tested whether personalized, automatic coaching messages based on continuous glucose monitor readings and mood assessments could help people with insulin-treated type 2 diabetes improve their blood sugar control. 46 adults participated over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this approach increased the time their blood sugar stayed in a healthy range.
