This study will test whether adding dexmedetomidine or clonidine to standard spinal anesthesia can reduce uncomfortable pulling, tugging, and pressure sensations during cesarean delivery. About 150 pregnant women having a C-section will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs along with their usual spinal anesthesia.
