Summary

This study looks at whether unlicensed professionals can provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to people with conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. About 250 participants will receive therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital. The goal is to see if their mental health improves, measured by a standard questionnaire.
