Summary

This study aims to collect tumor tissue and blood cells from people with advanced solid tumors to prepare for future CAR T-cell therapy. Researchers will analyze the cancer tissue to understand how tumors hide from the immune system and collect participants' own immune cells through a blood filtering process. The collected cells will be stored and could be used to create personalized treatments if the participant's cancer returns.
