First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether specially engineered immune cells (IL13Rα2-CAR T cells) are safe for adults whose brain cancer (glioblastoma, ependymoma, or medulloblastoma) has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. Ten participants receive these cells to see if they can recognize and attack the tumor. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure overall survival.
