Summary
This study tests a therapy program called the Cannabis Clinic for Psychosis (CCP) to help people with first-episode psychosis reduce or stop using cannabis. About 80 adults who are dependent on cannabis and want to cut back will either receive the 12-session CCP therapy right away or wait and continue their usual care. The program uses counseling techniques like motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, and can be done online or in person.
