Summary
This study is testing a specialized therapy program designed to help people experiencing their first episode of psychosis reduce or quit using cannabis. The goal is to see if this support leads to fewer relapses and better mental health. The program involves weekly one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist, focusing on building motivation and coping skills. Participants will be adults in London who have psychosis and want to cut back on their cannabis use.
