First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how the brains of teens aged 15–18 with cannabis use disorder change when they stop using cannabis for 6 weeks. Researchers will use brain scans to measure reward and impulse control, and compare them to teens who never used cannabis. The goal is to better understand the brain changes during abstinence, not to test a treatment.
