Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new combination of two drugs, sonidegib and pembrolizumab, for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the combination and see if it helps shrink or control the cancer. The study is enrolling 36 adults with specific advanced cancers, including lung, head and neck, melanoma, and others, who have already tried other treatments.
