Summary
This study is testing a combination of three immunotherapy drugs—tocilizumab, ipilimumab, and nivolumab—in patients with advanced melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, or bladder cancer. The main goal is to see if adding tocilizumab can help manage the serious side effects sometimes caused by powerful immune-boosting cancer drugs, while still effectively fighting the cancer. The trial will enroll about 35 patients to check the safety of this combination and see how well it works to control the disease.
