Summary
This study tested a new experimental drug called CagriSema (a combination of cagrilintide and semaglutide) against the existing drug tirzepatide for weight loss in 809 adults with obesity. Participants received weekly injections for about a year and a half. The goal was to see if CagriSema was at least as good as, or better than, tirzepatide at reducing body weight.
