Summary
This study tests whether taking broccoli sprout extract daily for 12 weeks can improve memory and thinking in adults aged 55-85 with mild cognitive impairment. One hundred participants will receive either the extract or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive test scores and track any side effects.
