Summary

This study tests a brief group therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for insomnia (ACT-i) in 76 adults aged 18-59 with chronic insomnia and mild depression or anxiety. Participants are randomly assigned to either ACT-i or a general support group. The goal is to see if ACT-i improves sleep, thinking, mood, and sleep-related beliefs, measured before treatment, two weeks after, and at a three-month follow-up.
