This study tests whether a neuroscience-based computer program can improve memory and thinking in older adults (60+) who have had lasting cognitive symptoms after COVID-19. 75 participants will either use the brain-training program or do other computer activities for about 6 weeks. Researchers will check thinking skills, daily function, and blood markers of inflammation before, after, and 6 months later.
