Brain chip tracks seizures in real time – could it stop them?

Summary

This study tests a brain implant that records brain activity and can deliver small electrical pulses to prevent seizures in people with epilepsy. Five participants will use the device along with a handheld tool to track mood, anxiety, and thinking. The main goal is to see if the system is safe and can continuously monitor the brain to help stop seizures before they start.
