First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a brain implant (RC+S) and a handheld device can safely track seizures, mood, and thinking in 5 people with hard-to-treat epilepsy. The system records brain activity and can stimulate the brain to try to prevent seizures. The goal is to see if the approach is safe and works well enough for further research.
