This study tests whether advanced MRI scans that map the brain's structural and functional connections can better predict neurological recovery in coma patients after cardiac arrest than standard methods. Researchers will scan 263 adults who remain unconscious at least 72 hours after sedation is stopped. The goal is to see if these personalized brain maps improve predictions of recovery six months later.
