Summary

This study aims to understand how the brains and metabolisms of people with obesity react differently to sugar, fat, and protein compared to people without obesity. Researchers will give 60 participants liquid meals and use brain scans and blood tests to measure their responses. The goal is to gather knowledge that could inform future, more personalized dietary advice.
