Summary
This study aims to understand how the brains and metabolisms of people with obesity react differently to sugars, fats, and proteins compared to people of a healthy weight. Researchers will give 60 participants different liquid meals and use brain scans and blood tests to measure their responses. The goal is to gather knowledge that could one day lead to more personalized dietary advice.
