Summary

This study tests if giving two medicines, tranexamic acid and desmopressin, before surgery can help reduce bleeding in people with kidney problems. About 100 adults with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury who are having non-cardiac surgery will take part. The goal is to see if these drugs are practical and safe to use in this setting.
