Summary

This study tests a program called BOOST-OA that helps Veterans with knee osteoarthritis stay on track with home exercises prescribed by their physical therapist. The program includes tools and health coaching over 12 months. Researchers will measure whether participants have less pain and better physical function. The goal is to make exercise a lasting habit for better knee health.
