This study examines whether two substances in the blood, Fetuin-A and COMP, are linked to the severity of knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare 120 people with knee osteoarthritis to 60 healthy volunteers, measuring their pain, mobility, and joint damage on X-rays. The goal is to see if these biomarkers could help doctors diagnose and monitor the disease more effectively.
