Summary
This study tests a mobile app called Blueprint that teaches coping skills to people who survived a serious illness in the ICU. Many survivors struggle with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, but mental health care is hard to access. The app is designed to be used at home, and researchers will compare it to an education app in 400 adults from four hospitals. The goal is to see if the app reduces emotional distress and improves quality of life over six months.
