NCT ID NCT06538246

First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a mobile app called Blueprint that teaches coping skills to people who survived a serious illness in the ICU. Many survivors face anxiety, depression, and PTSD, but mental health care is hard to access. The app aims to help them manage these symptoms on their own. Researchers will enroll 400 adults from four hospitals and follow them for 6 months to see if the app improves their mental health compared to a standard education app.
