Summary

This early-phase study tests two drugs, bintrafusp alfa and PDS01ADC, alone or with targeted radiation, in 100 adults with metastatic bladder, kidney, or other non-prostate genitourinary cancers. The goal is to see if the combination can help the immune system fight cancer better. The study focuses on safety and finding the best dose.
