Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called BGB-45035 for safety and how the body processes it. First, healthy volunteers receive single or multiple doses. Then, people with autoimmune skin diseases like atopic dermatitis (eczema) or prurigo nodularis receive the drug to check its safety. The goal is to find a safe dose for future studies.
