Summary
This study tests a new drug called BGB-45035 for the first time in humans. It will check safety and how the body processes the drug in healthy volunteers, then test it in people with autoimmune skin diseases like eczema and prurigo nodularis. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable.
