First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether the BETY exercise program, which combines physical exercises with pain and emotion management, can improve pain and function in people with knee osteoarthritis who recently received a knee injection. About 60 adults with moderate knee OA will take part. The goal is to see if adding this program leads to better outcomes than injections alone.
