Summary
This study looks at whether using a mobile wellness app alone or together with a wearable fitness tracker helps adults with overweight (BMI 25 or higher) lose weight and become more active. About 300 people will be split into three groups: app plus tracker, app only, or standard health information. The study lasts 12 weeks and tracks weight change, activity levels, and mental well-being.
