Summary
This study looks at whether giving ICU teams real-time feedback and extra nurse support helps them consistently use a set of proven care steps for patients on breathing machines. About 8,100 critically ill adults will take part across multiple ICUs. The goal is to find practical ways to improve care and reduce complications like delirium and weakness.
