First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests two ways to help people with osteoarthritis manage pain: text messages to encourage joining physical activity counseling, and a walking program called Walk with Ease. Researchers want to see which strategies work best for people in communities with limited access to care. About 346 adults aged 45 and older with osteoarthritis will take part.
