New drug combo targets tough colorectal cancer

Summary
This study is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific gene change called KRAS. The cancer has gotten worse after standard treatments. Researchers are testing if combining two drugs, AVUTOMETINIB and cetuximab, is safe and can shrink tumors. About 53 adults will take part for up to 24 months.
