Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called Attil12-T cell therapy for people with advanced soft tissue or bone sarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and attack the tumor. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if it can help control the cancer. About 40 participants will be enrolled.
