Summary
This study tests whether a small device placed under the skin can detect hidden atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) in people with heart failure who are at high risk for stroke. About 477 participants either received the implant or standard care. The goal is to see if the monitor finds irregular rhythms earlier and helps doctors start treatments to prevent strokes and hospitalizations.
