Heart monitor could uncover hidden stroke risk in heart failure patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a small device placed under the skin (an implantable cardiac monitor) can find hidden atrial fibrillation in people with heart failure who are at high risk for stroke. About 477 participants will either get the monitor or standard care. The goal is to see if the monitor helps detect irregular heartbeats earlier and leads to better treatment.
