Summary

This study tests whether a newer type of blood thinner (DOA) works better than the standard one (VKA) for dissolving dangerous blood clots inside the heart. About 340 adults with such clots will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which drug reduces the risk of death, stroke, or other serious events while causing fewer bleeding problems.
