First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a two-week smartphone program designed to help people who struggle to feel pleasure (anhedonia) and also have high depression, anxiety, or stress. Participants do three short audio-guided exercises each day, focusing on gratitude, savoring positive moments, and finding silver linings. The goal is to see if these exercises can improve mood and reduce distress compared to a relaxation-only control group.
