Summary
This study aims to learn more about ALS and similar diseases like frontotemporal dementia and hereditary spastic paraplegia. Researchers will look at participants' symptoms, genetic information, and biological markers to find connections. The goal is to better understand these conditions and improve future clinical trials. About 217 people with these diseases will take part, but no new treatments are being tested.
