Summary

This study tests whether supplements made from agar (a seaweed extract) and collagen can reduce knee pain in people with osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 80 adults aged 40 to 70 who have mild to moderate knee pain. Participants will take the supplements or a placebo for a period, and their pain levels will be measured using a standard questionnaire.
