First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 16-week supervised aerobic exercise program, combined with a single session of pain education, can help women aged 18 to 48 who have migraines. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a control group that gets advice on home activity. The goal is to see if exercise can reduce headache-related disability, improve sensory and muscle function, and boost quality of life.
