New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat liposarcoma

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs—etrumadenant and zimberelimab—can shrink or slow advanced dedifferentiated liposarcoma that has returned, spread, or can't be removed by surgery. About 16 adults with this rare cancer will receive the treatment. The goal is to see how many patients respond within 24 weeks.
