Summary

This study adapts a 'Health at Every Size' program for pregnant people with a BMI over 30. Ten first-time mothers will attend group sessions on nutrition, movement, and self-advocacy. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable and helpful in reducing weight stigma and improving mental health.
