Summary
This study is testing a self-help workbook designed to help people in prison manage anxiety and depression. About 96 adults with moderate to severe symptoms will use the workbook for 8 weeks and be followed for 13 weeks total. The goal is to see if the workbook is practical, acceptable, and effective in reducing symptoms.
