Summary

This study looks at whether a short video or a virtual class better prepares people for ACL surgery. Researchers want to see which method leads to higher satisfaction, less anxiety, and better understanding. About 105 patients will take part, and they will be randomly assigned to watch a 15-minute video or attend a 30-minute online class with a nurse.
