This trial tests whether functional movement training or functional stability training better restores strength, balance, and performance in athletes who have had ACL reconstruction. Thirty-two male athletes aged 18–35 who had surgery 3–6 months earlier will follow one of the two exercise programs three times a week for eight weeks.
