Summary

This study looks at whether a simple arm exercise test, called the 6-Minute Pegboard and Ring Test, can reliably measure upper body function in adults with obstructive sleep apnea. Researchers will compare test results with sleep study data and questionnaires. The goal is to improve how doctors assess daily function in people with sleep apnea.
