Immunotherapy after surgery may keep colon cancer from returning

Summary
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drug toripalimab can lower the chance of cancer coming back after surgery in people with a specific type of high-risk colon cancer (mismatch repair deficient). About 40 adults with stage IIB, IIC, or III colon cancer will receive toripalimab for up to a year. The main goal is to see how many remain cancer-free after three years.
