New app aims to help cancer survivors and families stay healthy together

Summary
This study is creating and testing a smartphone app to help people who have had colorectal cancer, along with their family caregivers, follow diet and exercise guidelines. About 70 participants will use the app and give feedback on how easy and helpful it is. The goal is to see if this approach can improve long-term health for both survivors and their loved ones.
