Summary

This study tests a drug called zanidatamab given before surgery to people with HER2-positive colorectal cancer. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate tumors, making surgery more effective. About 38 adults with early-stage cancer will take part, and researchers will measure how well the tumors respond.
