Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, SX-682 and nivolumab, in people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (RAS-mutated, MSS) that has spread or can't be removed. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. About 51 adults will take part, and the main focus is on safety and finding the best dose.
