New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat colorectal cancer

NCT ID NCT04599140

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new drug, SX-682, alone and with the immunotherapy nivolumab, in people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. The cancer must have a RAS mutation and be microsatellite stable (MSS), which often makes it harder to treat. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
