Summary
This study looks at four different tools to help cancer survivors improve their diet, physical activity, and body weight. About 353 adults who have finished treatment for several cancer types will use these tools for up to 48 weeks. The goal is to see which tools work best to help survivors adopt healthier habits that may lower the risk of cancer coming back.
